Cleanrooms

Cleanrooms are designed to maintain extremely low levels of particulates, such as dust, airborne organisms, or vaporized particles in the space. The environment cleanliness is driven by how isolated the interior space is from the surrounding environment and how much air filtration is being performed within the envelope of the room. Filtration requirements for these rooms vary and are either governed by the process or regulatory requirements. Modular construction lends itself well to cleanroom construction due to the materials of construction used and all the typical benefits of modular construction.
